Is directly responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, performance and engagement of the staff.\nAssigns daily work, monitors progress, engages to resolve obstacles to ensure KPIS are met.\nCollaborates with peers across shifts and functions to support optimized performance across the site / business\nIntentionally engages to drive a culture of belonging, development, safely, continuous improvement and high performance\nModels Zebra’s culture and values for the teams they lead.\nCompiles and analyzes operational data. Prepares reports for leadership that include proposals to address performance gaps in the team.\nEvaluates performance of subordinates, provides coaching and feedback to support success.\nConducts performance appraisals and determines pay increases for direct reports in alignment with Zebra’s philosophies and practices.\nPartners with Human Resources to recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline.\nParticipates or leads projects as assigned.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Education: Preferred Education: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry\n6-9 years’ experience including minimum 1 year as team lead /supervisor\nKey Skills and Competencies:\nEffective written and verbal communication skills-Must possess strong problem solving, decision-making and analytical skills-Intermediate level skills in MS Office and Microsoft systems-Working knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines-Knowledge of quality and\nstatistical analysis tools and methodologies\nPosition Specific Information:\nTravel Requirements (as a % of time): 0%\nAble to telework?
