Here you are part of a team pushing boundaries today to redefine the work of tomorrow for organizations, their employees, and those they serve.\nYou’ll have opportunities to learn and lead in a forward-thinking environment, defining your path to a fulfilling career while channeling your skills toward causes you care about-locally and globally.\nCome make an impact every day at Zebra.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nThe Quality team is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the Operational Quality function relating to the assurance of the quality of incoming and outgoing product quality and customer satisfaction within a specific site or geography.Oversees the work of a mid-size team of Quality Assurance professionals.\nDirectly oversee, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of the site QC team.\nSelect, train, coach, and evaluate personnel to ensure high operational efficiency, competency, and professional development.\nEnsure all team members are trained and certified on relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), test methods, and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485).\nDevelop, implement, and maintain technical QC systems, inspection plans, and test procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.\nDefine and enforce standards, methods, and acceptance criteria for inspecting, sampling, and evaluating incoming materials, in-process assemblies and finished products.\nSupport internal quality audits and external regulatory/customer audits, facilitating audit responses and corrective actions.\nAssist in validation, verification and qualification of inspection tools, fixtures, gauges and test equipment.\nEstablish, maintain and publish critical KPI’s.\nLead or support root cause investigations for non-conformances, OOS events, and customer complaints, drive CAPA’s to closure.\nSpearhead Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce variation, eliminate waste, and optimize inspection cycle times.\nDirects and prioritizes process quality audit assignments for subordinate staff to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.\nSelects, trains, coaches, and manages the performance and development of the team to ensure the efficient operation of the quality function.\nPerforms SOX and QA audits and supports the organization with internal and external audit activities, particularly those related to QMS and ISO compliance.\nSupports the organization with ongoing QMS compliance, preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards (including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485).\nProvides leadership with suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction are met.\nEstablishes, gathers, analyzes, maintains, and distributes process quality results and metrics to drive consistency.\nDefines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for quality check evaluations.\nUnderstands the interests of other stakeholders and communicates appropriately to inform or engage others in the resolution of process non-conformances.\nCommunicates process quality standards and major non-conformances across the organization.\nManages the execution of assigned process improvement initiatives to achieve continuous improvement in all relevant Quality KPIs.\nPreferred Education:\nAssociate's degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory expenence in a related industry\nPreferred Work Experience:\n6-9 years experience including minimum 1 year as team lead / supervisor\nKey Skills and Competencies:\n-Effective written and verbal communication skills\n-Must possess strong problem solving, decisior>making and analytical skills -Intermediate level skills in MS Office and ERP systems\n-Working knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines\n-Knowledge of quality and statistical analysis tools and methodologies\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nZebra is an equal opportunity employer.
