raise the bar.\nConsistently write production-ready code that is easily testable.\nParticipate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents within the defined SLA.\nStay up to date and close to the competitive technology landscape.\nOwn and improve the overall system architecture with the latest tech stack.\nNo direct reports, but responsible for mentoring within the team to clarify product requirements and ensure smooth execution.\nOwn communication with external vendors within the scope of the assigned product task.\nRaise the bar of existing applications in terms of engineering practices.\nConduct tech research and knowledge-sharing activities to stay up to date with industry standards.\nRequirements:\nMore than 5 years of experience in a backend platform such as Node.js .\nStrong experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Sentry, New Relic and the AWS stack.\nExperience building complex, scalable and high-quality applications, with strong knowledge of microservice architecture.\nGood experience and knowledge of different databases (PostgreSQL and NoSQL).\nStrong knowledge of source control, preferably Git.\n5+ years of backend development experience.\nBackend stack development at high-traffic scale, especially in the ride-hailing
