In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers and executive leadership to build out ZEDEDA's teams across Engineering, Sales, and G&A functions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and knows how to source, engage, and close top talent in a competitive market.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions-sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective sourcing strategies, and calibrate candidate pipelines.\nProactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels to build a strong, diverse pipeline.\nManage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of ZEDEDA throughout the process.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity for reporting.\nProvide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, and source of hire, to hiring managers and leadership.\nDevelop and refine recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and hiring workflows as the company scales.\nRepresent ZEDEDA's culture and values authentically to candidates throughout the hiring process.\nQualifcations\n5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup.\nProven track record of successfully filling technical Engineering and go-to-market Sales and Marketing roles.\nExperience recruiting within infrastructure software, cloud, or enterprise technology companies preferred.\nStrong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles.\nAbility to manage interview scheduling and conduct candidate debrief sessions with hiring managers and leadership.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable advising hiring managers and executives.\nExperience with ATS platforms such as Rippling and applicant tracking best practices.\nAbility to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.\nPay & Benefit\nAt ZEDEDA, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Base pay is determined by considering your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. For this role the base pay range is $130,000 - $180,000.\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
