hire anyone that requires this or visa support\n> NO AGENCIES\nRequirements\nAs a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our manufacturing operations, ensuring our equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding to equipment breakdowns to maximise production uptime.\n\nDiagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults across production machinery, utilities, and site services.\n\nIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, safety, and efficiency.\n\nWorking closely with Production and Technical teams to support smooth manufacturing operations and minimise downtime.\n\nCompleting maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed standards, timescales, and compliance requirements.\n\nSupporting engineering projects and equipment installations as required.\n\nMaintaining accurate maintenance records and effectively communicating engineering issues across the business.\n\nEnsuring full compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, environmental, and health & safety standards.\n\nPromoting a culture of safe working and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.\n\nThis is a hands-on role where you'll combine fault-finding expertise with proactive maintenance and continuous improvement activities to keep our manufacturing operation performing at its
