We’re now actively growing our B2B direction and building a solution that helps large marketing teams scale performance content with AI.\nWhat will you work on?\nConducting client business discovery: understanding their goals, marketing processes, workflows, and tools;\n\nAnalyzing creative production and campaign launch processes to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities;\n\nDeveloping tailored recommendations and implementation roadmaps;\n\nPresenting solutions to CMO, Head of Growth, Head of Creative Marketing, and founders;\n\nIntegrating Zeely into the marketing team’s day-to-day workflows;\n\nCoordinating implementation together with Product, Creative, and Tech teams;\n\nTracking results, product adoption, and progress toward client goals;\n\nCreating implementation playbooks and standards for working with B2B clients.\n\nWhat do you need to join us?\nHands-on experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Business Development is required;\n\n3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Customer Success;\n\nExperience conducting discovery and designing solutions for clients;\n\nUnderstanding of performance marketing and key metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV;\n\nAbility to connect client business goals with product capabilities;\n\nExperience presenting solutions to C-level stakeholders;\n\nStrong consulting, analytical, and presentation skills;\n\nAdvanced English;\n\nAn ownership mindset and willingness to drive implementation projects end-to-end.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in MarTech, AdTech, AI, or SaaS products for marketing teams;\n\nHands-on experience with paid social or creative production;\n\nExperience working with enterprise clients and the US market;\n\nBackground in business or solution consulting;\n\nExperience creating implementation playbooks.\n\nWhy join us?\nDirect impact on client results, retention, and revenue;\n\nOpportunity to work with strong marketing teams from Ukraine and the US;\n\nInvolvement in developing the B2B product together with Founders, Product, Sales, and Creative teams;\n\nRemote-first setup with the option to work from our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv;\n\n18 days off, paid sick leave, regular performance reviews, and support with Ukrainian private entrepreneur (FOP) administration.\n\nRecruitment process\nIntro Call → Hiring Team Interview → Test Task → Final Interview → Reference Check → Offer\nFeel like this role could be a match?
