We give businesses of any size access to a full creative team powered by AI - capabilities previously available mainly to large brands with agencies and in-house marketing departments.\nToday, 2M+ businesses use Zeely, more than 70% of our paying customers are based in the US, and users create approximately 1M AI creatives every month.\nOur next major step is a B2B solution for larger marketing teams and enterprise clients, combining AI-powered creative production, performance analytics, and automation to help them launch and scale marketing faster.\nWhere we are today:\n4 years on the market - a stable, profitable company with international investors.\n\n6× growth over the past year.\n\n2M+ businesses using the platform.\n\n#1 in our category in the US market.\n\n250+ specialists on the team.\n\nA US-focused business serving customers worldwide.\n\nWe have proven product-market fit and a clear understanding of what drives growth.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nOwn and improve AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, OpenSearch, and related services, balancing reliability, scalability, performance, and cost.\n\nManage and scale GCP environments supporting AI services, data pipelines, and analytics workloads, including BigQuery.\n\nMaintain supporting infrastructure across Cloudflare and Hetzner, including networking, edge services, and production traffic routing.\n\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, building reusable modules and consistent practices across cloud providers.\n\nOperate and improve Kubernetes production environments, including availability, autoscaling, troubleshooting, and deployment stability.\n\nStrengthen observability across metrics, logs, traces, and APM, improving visibility into application and infrastructure performance.\n\nImprove monitoring and alerting to reduce noise, surface actionable issues, and support effective incident response.\n\nPartner with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, release reliability, and developer experience.\n\nContribute to infrastructure architecture and our multi-cloud strategy, with a primary focus on AWS and GCP.\n\nDrive cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices while maintaining performance and reliability.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations (L2), investigate critical infrastructure incidents, and turn findings into lasting improvements.\n\nWhat You Need to Join Us:\n6+ years of hands-on commercial DevOps experience.\n\n5+ years of practical AWS experience, including EKS, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, OpenSearch, and related infrastructure components.\n\nStrong Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting skills, preferably with EKS.\n\nAdvanced Terraform experience, including reusable modules, state management, and multi-provider infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with GCP, ideally including BigQuery, Compute Engine, or infrastructure supporting data pipelines.\n\nStrong Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.\n\nExperience taking ownership of production infrastructure, observability, alerting, and incident response.\n\nThe ability to make technical decisions, explain trade-offs, and drive improvements through to implementation.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English / B2 or higher, including communication with external providers and technical stakeholders.\n\nFluent Ukrainian for day-to-day team communication.\n\nAvailability to collaborate during CET/EET working hours.\n\nNice To Have Skills:\nExperience with Cloudflare, including R2, caching, or edge services.\n\nExperience with Hetzner infrastructure.\n\nExperience optimizing OpenSearch or ELK stack performance.\n\nExperience deploying, operating, or monitoring infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.\n\nExperience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.\n\nExperience leading infrastructure initiatives or mentoring engineers.\n\nWhy Join Zeely:\nInfrastructure ownership with room to shape decisions.
