Success is measured by retention, churn, and product utilization, not just funnel conversion.\nWhat you'll do:\nGrow B2C monetization in web funnels: credits logic, unlimited access, tokens\n\nDifferentiate subscription plans (Starter / Plus / Growth) - distinct pricing and features, with a clear upgrade path between tiers\n\nBuild the system for B2B users (organizations, seats) and drive a controlled shift from B2C to a B2B/hybrid monetization model\n\nLaunch monetization for agentic features\n\nOwn mobile onboarding, landing screens, and product discovery so users reach value faster\n\nUnify UX across the platform: several teams build their own builders, and the user experience has to stay consistent\n\nWork across B2C/B2B and mobile/web segments, in close partnership with the Growth team\n\nThe team is already in place: frontend, mobile, and backend engineers, QA, an analyst, and a designer.\nWhat it takes:\n5+ years as a Product Manager in B2C or prosumer products - with ownership of the product and its metrics, not just delivery\n\nStrong understanding of user activation, monetization, retention, and habit loops\n\nExperience with discovery, roadmap building, and prioritization\n\nRegular A/B testing and data-driven decisions - you can show how your decisions moved the metrics\n\nExperience with a web product or platform (if your background is mobile-only - strong product growth cases)\n\nUpper-Intermediate+ English\n\nAutonomy, systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguity\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with pricing, subscription plans, or new monetization channels\n\nExperience building B2B logic into a product (organizations, seats, team plans)\n\nBackground in AI, content, video, or marketing products\n\nWhy work with us:\nReal ownership: you shape the ideas, directions, and processes in Experience & Monetization\n\nA chance to build one of Zeely's key areas from scratch\n\nWork with direct impact on business metrics - retention, churn, revenue mix\n\nAn AI product and the US market\n\nA small, autonomous team with minimal sign-offs and bureaucracy\n\nRemote-first setup: work from wherever suits you, or join us in our Warsaw or Kyiv offices\n\nDay off and sick off, regular performance reviews, financial support for private entrepreneurs\n\nHiring process: Intro call with a recruiter → Interview with the Hiring Manager → Final interview → Reference check → Offer.
