other ServiceNow modules is key.\n• Integration: • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party systems (e.g., ERP, ITSM, risk platforms) using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.\n• Scripting & Customization: • Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.\n• Optimize scripts to ensure system performance and scalability.\n• Process Optimization: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and streamline GRC processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.\n• System Administration & Support: • Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operations. • Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n• Proven experience in ServiceNowGRC module implementation and development.\n• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workspace design and development.\n• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.\n• Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow Portals, widgets, and UI pages.\n• Strong understanding of integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) and troubleshooting integration issues.\n• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform administration and performance optimization techniques.\n• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n• Excellent communication and problem-solving
