REST/gRPC APIs and backend services.\nManage Kubernetes-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.\nAutomate infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.\nTroubleshoot production issues and optimise system performance.\nTake ownership of technical deliverables and contribute to architecture and design discussions.\nMentor junior engineers and gradually take on technical leadership responsibilities.\n\nRequirements: \n4-5 years of software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Golang with a solid software engineering background.\nHands-on experience with Cosmos SDK, Tendermint/CometBFT, and blockchain architecture.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions.\nStrong knowledge of Linux, networking, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and scripting.\nStrong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Ethereum, EVM, or Hyperledger.\nKnowledge of blockchain security and validator operations.\nExposure to smart contracts and Web3 ecosystems.\nExperience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.\nPrior experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives is a plus.\n\nMandatory: \nHands-on production experience with Golang, Cosmos SDK, Blockchain Development, and DevOps.\nStrong development mindset with a passion for building scalable products.\nLeadership
