Account Executive Business Team
The Account Executive Business (AEB) ensures that every signed mandate is matched quickly with a qualified, trained and committed real estate agent.
The AEB owns the agent journey from the signature of the seller's mandate to the property going live, with three core missions:
Source & qualify the best agents using clear and standardized criteria.
Onboard & train new agents to make them autonomous before their first seller appointment.
Replace underperforming agents quickly when needed.
The objective is to build a high-quality, reliable and scalable agent network while reducing assignment and listing lead times.
Responsibilities/Mission
Source, select and qualify agents according to Zefir's standards.
Assign mandates to the most relevant qualified agents.
Onboard and train new agents until they start to work with our clients.
Own the agent relationship until the property they will manage is online.
Manage agent replacements quickly when needed.
Track key KPIs around assignment, onboarding, listing and reassignment.
Continuously improve sourcing, qualification and onboarding processes with the Ops and Account Management teams.
Qualification
A first experience in B2B prospecting and closing, ideally with limited or no inbound leads.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
High level of ownership, autonomy and bias for action.
Data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Previous experience in Sales, Recruitment, Account Management, Operations or Real Estate is a plus.
Desire to grow within an ambitious startup environment with direct impact on results.
Fluency in English and French is required.
