Through its three complementary brands, the Group reaches a wide range of communities and market segments across the high-end fashion industry, from ZEGNA’s timeless luxury to the modern tailoring of Thom Browne, to luxury glamour with TOM FORD FASHION.\nThe Ermenegildo Zegna Group is internationally recognized for its unique Filiera, owned and controlled by the Group, which is made up of the finest Italian textile producers fully integrated with unique luxury manufacturing capabilities, ensuring superior excellence, quality, and innovation.\nYOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE\nAs Learning Experience & Content Operations Specialist, based in Milan, you will join Accademia dei Maestri, the Group function dedicated to fostering knowledge transfer and preserving the craftsmanship, expertise, and capabilities that define our brands.\nReporting to the Academy Training Manager, you will play a key role in enabling a seamless and engaging learning experience across the Group by managing digital learning operations, supporting learner journeys, and ensuring the effective administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).\nMore specifically, you will:\nManage the day-to-day administration and continuous evolution of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring an efficient and user-friendly learning environment.\nConfigure and maintain courses, learning paths, certifications, audiences, enrollments, and learning catalogues to support business and learner needs.\nSupport learner journeys through course assignments, learning campaigns, onboarding initiatives, and digital learning programs across the Group.\nPartner with HR teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate learning operations and drive platform enhancements.\nCreate and deliver learner communications, provide user support, and promote engagement across digital learning initiatives.\nPrepare monthly learning reports and maintain accurate learning records to support reporting requirements, compliance monitoring, and audit activities.\nMonitor learning performance and LMS adoption metrics, providing insights that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. WHO YOU ARE\nYou bring 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Digital Learning, Instructional Design, LMS Operations, or Training Administration.\nYou're skilled in Learning Management Systems, digital learning technologies, reporting, content administration, and learning operations management.\nYou're known for being a positive, proactive, and service-oriented professional, able to take ownership and drive activities independently.\nYou have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nYou build effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly with different audiences across the organization.\nYou communicate fluently in Italian and English.\nNice to have: attention to client experience and sensitivity to fashion and luxury.\nNice to have: hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS. WHAT WE OFFER\nThe position provides for a base salary between: €30.000 - €35.000. Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.\nThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
