In this role, you will drive sourcing initiatives, optimize costs, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure alignment with Group Procurement strategies, policies, and governance standards.\nActing as the regional procurement subject matter expert, you will support multiple brands and functions while identifying opportunities to deliver value, improve processes, and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with the Head of Group Category Management and key stakeholders across the organization to implement procurement best practices and contribute to the continued growth of the business.\nHOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE\nHere’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day - making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise:\nManage end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor selection.\nExecute Group category strategies within the North American market, adapting global initiatives to local business needs.\nIdentify and deliver cost optimization, efficiency, and value-creation opportunities across multiple spend categories.\nBuild, qualify, and manage a high-performing regional supplier base.\nDevelop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation, service excellence, and long-term value.\nPartner closely with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to support business objectives.\nEnsure compliance with Group Procurement policies, governance requirements, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.\nAssess supplier performance, contractual compliance, and risk exposure to support business continuity and mitigate operational risks.\nMonitor procurement KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.\nSupport the implementation and adoption of procurement tools, including SAP Ariba and the Vendor Portal.\nServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier engagement. WHO YOU ARE\nThis is how you show up:\n6-8 years of procurement and sourcing experience, preferably within luxury, fashion, retail, or other consumer-facing industries.\nExperience working within international and matrix organizations.\nProven background managing sourcing initiatives across categories such as marketing, retail operations, visual merchandising, events, store development, or related areas.\nStrong understanding of the U.S. sourcing, procurement, and negotiation landscape.\nHands-on, highly organized, and execution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.\nStrong sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation capabilities.\nAnalytical mindset with experience in spend analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), KPI management, and supplier performance evaluation.\nSolid knowledge of procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, tendering, contract management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
