You’ll be responsible for leading global people cost planning and delivering workforce analytics to support strategic business decisions.\nThe role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and people cost reviews while developing analyses that combine HR, financial, productivity, and business data. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders, the role drives data-driven workforce planning and organizational performance.\nMore specifically you will:\nPeople Cost Planning & Control\nLead the global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes.\nMonitor headcount and personnel costs, analyzing variances and key cost drivers.\nSupport workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts.\nPartner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning. People Performance & Analytics\nDevelop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity, and business data.\nDefine and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs.\nDeliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. Reporting & Systems\nSupport the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency.\nPartner with IT to drive the automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics.\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou bring 8+ years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.\nYou’re skilled in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting, advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI or equivalent); SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.\nYou’re known for flexibility, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail, and it shows in how you work with others.\nYou communicate fluently in English\nWHAT WE OFFER\nThe position provides for a base salary between €55,000-€65,000\nRemuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.\nWithin the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.\nNational Collective Labor Agreement for the Textile Industry\nJOINING ZEGNA\nJoining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship.
