Job Title: Systems Administrator Summary As a member of the Information System Division (ISD) team, the Systems Administrator will provide Tier 2 support for enterprise infrastructure, including servers, cloud platforms, endpoint management systems, and security tools. This role is responsible for administering Active Directory, Intune, server environments (on-premises and Azure), and enterprise services. The Systems Administrator will ensure system availability, performance, and security while supporting escalated incidents, maintaining infrastructure, and implementing best practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Service Desk & End User Support Acknowledge, triage, route, and resolve Incidents and Requests using the ticketing system. Provide Level 2 support for escalated incidents. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues. Provide remote support and vendor access for maintenance and updates. Support Microsoft Office, email systems, OneDrive, and SharePoint access. Allow access to email/OneDrive for terminated employees upon manager request.
