competitiveness.\n\nPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and compensation-related analytics.\n\nHandle employee inquiries related to compensation, payroll, and benefits.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding compensation and benefits.\n\nCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and compensation data.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.\n\nExperience working with SAP is a must.\n\nGood command of English (written and spoken).\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nExperience in manufacturing or FMCG is a
