Manage ophthalmology clinics, hospitals, and key accounts within the assigned territory and build strong, long-term customer relationships.\n2. Drive sales activities for ophthalmic medical devices and IOL products to achieve assigned sales targets.\n3. Understand customers’ clinical workflows and business needs and provide optimal solutions based on the ZEISS portfolio.\n4. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market presence.\n5. Support product demonstrations, customer training, and marketing/educational activities to drive product adoption and utilization.\n6. Manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and forecasts to ensure effective execution of the sales process.\n7. Collect customer VOC and market/competitor insights and communicate relevant information to internal stakeholders.\n8.
