line.\nMain Tasks\nBe a solid part of the NEV application team\nResponsible for the CT/Xray image algorithm modeling, analysis, and implementation\nResponsible for the core technical issue solving and optimization\nResponsible for the cross-site technical alignment\nWork with team to build and drive the tech stack development\nRequirements\nEducation\nMaster’s degree in math, computer science, software engineering or similar\n Experience\nSolid experience in industry defect image recognition, lithium-ion battery preferred.\nUnderstanding of battery manufacturing process.\nSolid foundation in computer science, image processing, and computer vision\nSolid knowledge and experience in traditional image processing.\nProficiency in Python.\nExperience with algorithm modeling and emulation platforms\nExperience training machine learning models for classification, object detection, and segmentation\nProficiency in model performance analysis, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score\nExpertise in model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, model compression)\nAdvanced image processing skills, including data augmentation and pre-processing techniques\nProficiency in end-to-end testing practices (unit, integration, and model performance validation)\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills\nKnowledge of X-ray imaging systems and principles as a plus\nExperience with additional languages (e.g., C#, C++) as a plus\n Other skills\nProficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) and good communication
