Make a difference, come join the team!\nWhat's the role?\nThe Associate Product Manager has oversight and responsibility to implement the strategic plan and guide the product direction throughout the product lifecycle for their assigned product portfolio with the U.S. Defines and implements a 12-18-month product strategy that provides long-term profitable revenue growth; successful definition and set up of new products that meet the needs of the target customer, labs, and channel partners in a timely/profitable manner; manage the current year operational plans; partner with other functions to achieve desired results. In addition, the Associate, Product Manager holds overall responsibility for the Go-to-Market strategy and implementation of designated products.\n\nSound Interesting? Here's what you'll do:\nGather and analyze market information and identify market opportunities\nIntroduce new products and forecast associated revenue.\nOversee day-to-day product management activities. Define necessary associated measures (initiation of product developments, planning the support of product launches, go-to-market measures)\nMonitor the sales and turnover development of the assigned product segments\nManage product discontinuation roadmap\nDevelop positioning messaging\nBusiness/category needs assessment and recommended solutions\nOversee pricing strategy based on market demand and competitive environment\nInterface with the Global product team\nOversee and contribute to the production of technical B2B and B2C collateral and materials\nDevelop financial business cases for all new products including corporate approvals\nProvide project Leadership for cross-functional initiatives\nDevelop and execute annual product promotional calendar, working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and IT teams.\nComplete all relevant documentation and get approvals from direct manager and any required leadership team members. Documentation includes but is not limited to: the Program Data Sheet, Creative Briefs, messaging documents, sell-in/training presentations, and customer-facing materials.\nCollaborate with marketing and sales to generate ideas for campaigns.\nExperience working with Microsoft suite of products and other mainstream productivity apps (TEAMS, MIRO, ZOOM, SalesForce,…)\nCreate compelling and clear PowerPoint presentations and business cases.\nGenerate copy and content for collateral and campaigns.\nSupport the Sales Organization in the preparation of Program and Promotional training materials, including format, content, and delivery.\nDevelop promotional collateral to market promotions to targeted prospects, utilizing appropriate online and offline vehicles.\nEffectively maintains good working relationships with a network field Sales Representatives and key stakeholders\nSome “interest in science/technology” in order to demonstrate a deep understanding of how products are made and what features distinguish them\nConduct and report post-promotion analysis including ROI metrics.\nEffective at delivering presentations to mid-large audiences\nFollows safety standards and reports any safety concerns to leadership\nDo you qualify?\nBachelor’s degree in relevant field\nIn lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant product management experience in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries required\n2+ years of product management and category-building experience in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries required\n2+ years of experience as Product Manager in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries preferred \n2+ years of go-to-market marketing experience in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries preferred\n2+ years of optical industry experience preferred\n2+ years of experience working in regulated environments\n2+ years of experience conducting periodic product training sessions\nExcellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills \nProven ability to build and maintain relationships\nAbility to travel within the United States and Internationally\nExperience working in a multi-national brand company \nProven track record in
