Die Shared Production Unit (Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH) ist die gemeinsame Produktionseinheit und Teil einer globalen Unternehmensgruppe von ZEISS. Wir produzieren Schlüsselkomponenten für unsere ZEISS Sparten und sind damit der Befähiger und die Hand des Pioniers. Mit uns werden kreative Ideen verlässlich umgesetzt, um das bestmögliche Ergebnis für unsere Kunden zu erzielen.

Als Data-Driven Quality Engineer treiben Sie unser QM-Team voran, nehmen neue Anforderungen aus der Produktion auf, strukturieren sie und verwandeln sie in effiziente, datengestützte Prozesse. Sie bewegen sich sicher an den Schnittstellen unserer Software-Systeme und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards nicht nur gehalten, sondern durch smarte Analysen und strukturiertes Projektmanagement kontinuierlich aufs nächste Level gehoben werden.

  • Sie führen Analysen durch und erstellen Dashboards/Reports zur Entscheidungsunterstützung (z. B. mit Celonis und Power BI)

  • Sie konzipieren und implementieren Verbesserungen im Qualitätsmanagement mittels strukturierter Projektmethoden

  • Sie begleiten QM-Projekte von der Anforderung bis zur Implementierung und Validierung

  • Sie verfügen über fundierte SAP-Erfahrung, idealerweise im QM-Modul, einschließlich Prüfplanung und Q-Meldungen

  • Sie modellieren Prozesse sicher mit BPMN und verstehen MES-/Shopfloor-Abläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Problemstellungen und neue Anforderungen schnell analytisch zu durchdringen
  • Eine selbstständige, innovative und strategische Arbeitsweise - gepaart mit einem feinen Gespür für Effizienz
  • Sie bringen eine große Portion Neugier und Lernbereitschaft mit und arbeiten stets vorausschauend und absolut zuverlässig
  • Professionelles Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsstärke, verbunden mit Empathie
  • Freude, in einem vielfältigen Team konstruktiv mitzuarbeiten und gemeinsam Erfolge zu feiern
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
