In close collaboration with Engineering and Operations, you will ensure that robust, high-performance processes are successfully implemented on the Shopfloor and run reliably over the long term.\nYour Role\nDesign, develop and introduce assembly and integration equipment/processes for opto-mechanical components, subassemblies and modules with diverse functionalities into production\nDefine and align technical requirements (requirements management) and ensure that assemblies are delivered on time, fully functional and ready for integration into subsequent development stages\nDevelop and manage assembly and integration processes for opto-mechanical components in close collaboration with external partners and suppliers\nTake end-to-end responsibility for the processes - from initial concept to final release - with a strong focus on customer needs (internal and external)\nEnsure the operational availability of assembly and integration equipment/processes, including the creation and implementation of maintenance and service plans\nYour Profile\nSuccessfully completed degree in an engineering or technical discipline, e.g. mechanical engineering, physics or comparable field;
