The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders from Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, IT, and Product Management to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, standardized, and supports efficient global manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate, create, maintain, publish, and distribute technical documentation, product specifications, and packaging documentation.\nDrive the standardization of documentation, specifications, and operational knowledge to ensure consistency across global operations.\nManage and maintain Ops Book content in collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.\nMaintain and optimize documentation platforms, including SharePoint, Wiki, and other content management systems.\nDevelop, update, and manage packaging specifications for products, components, and shipping configurations.\nCreate and maintain product specifications, technical data sheets, and related documentation.\nEvaluate documentation change requests, estimate required effort, and coordinate implementation.\nMaintain specification registers, documentation dashboards, and progress reports.\nDevelop work instructions and training materials related to documentation processes.\nSupport platform updates, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nServe as the primary contact for documentation-related questions and provide support to internal stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams to ensure documentation complies with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.\nSupport additional projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in technical documentation, specification management, or a similar role.\nExperience coordinating or leading cross-functional projects.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.\nExperience with document management platforms such as SharePoint, Wiki, or similar systems.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating with international teams.\nStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nWillingness to travel internationally (approximately 5%).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with technical documentation for medical devices.\nKnowledge of EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR).\nFamiliarity with ISO 13485 and other quality management standards.\nExperience with SAP or other ERP systems.\nKnowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Sign.\nTechnical writing experience.\nExperience in the ophthalmic optics or medical device industry.\nWe offer:\nCompetitive salary system\nFringe benefits (Cafeteria)\nSupport for use of the municipal swimming pool in Mátészalka, team-building events, and a company soccer team\nOpportunities for personal and professional development in a multinational environment\nEmployee discount program\nPersonal and professional development\nDynamic and youthful team in multinational environment\nIf you are interested in the position advertised at our company, please send us your application.
