You will work with experienced consultants and business teams to support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport the global migration program from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA by assisting in process analysis, customizing, testing and documentation.\nAssist senior consultants in understanding service business processes such as inhouse repair, returns management, service execution, CRM integration, logistics, billing, and controlling.\nWork with business users and IT teams to collect, document, and clarify business requirements for SAP S/4HANA service processes.\nSupport configuration, customization and solution validation activities under the guidance of experienced SAP consultants.\nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and preparation of training or support materials.\nCollaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to learn, support, and improve SAP S/4HANA service solutions.\nExperience and Education Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nThough there is no programming or coding needed in this job but understanding of SDLC, basic programming and modern technology will be an added advantage to understand the integration topics.\nYou speak /write and communicate English properly.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, teamwork mindset, consulting orientation, and good communication skills with good story telling.\nA good learning attitude and quick learner.\n Quick adaptation to new things.\nFresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP support, business process analysis, testing, or implementation projects are preferred.\nBasic understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP concepts, or service-related processes such as service execution, inhouse repair, returns management, sales, logistics, or billing.\nExposure to SAP configuration, testing, documentation, end-user support, or implementation activities will be an advantage.\nWillingness to learn SAP customizing, SAP Fiori applications, S/4HANA business processes, and integration concepts.\nKnowledge of related areas such as
