Während Deines Praktikums unterstützt Du unser Recruiting Coordination Team an unserem Standort in Oberkochen, Jena oder München idealerweise für einen Zeitraum von ca. 6 Monaten ab Januar 2027 oder später. Dabei erwarten Dich unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Terminkoordination von Interviews mit Bewerbenden (intern wie extern), Fachbereichen und Recruiter*innen

  • Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen auf verschiedenen Plattformen

  • Begleitung unserer Bewerbenden durch den gesamten Recruitingprozess und Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience

  • Prüfung und Abrechnung von Reisekosten von Bewerbenden

  • Erstellung von neuen Stellen im Bewerbermanagementsystem

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Recruiting oder HR (z. B. Studienschwerpunkte, Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder Praktikum)

  • Freude an Kommunikation und Organisation

  • Verantwortungsbewusster und diskreter Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
