maintain manufacturing-related documentation (e.g. work instructions, test instructions)\nQualify, implement and document technical changes to existing systems based on technical specifications and customer requirements\nSupport production processes in troubleshooting and derive, implement and follow up on effective corrective actions\nContribute to interdisciplinary project teams and provide technical support during new product introductions\nProvide technical expertise to production planners on process engineering topics\nYour Profile\nSuccessfully completed master’s degree or German Diplom degree in physics, mechatronics, optical engineering or a comparable field\nExperience with the assembly of complex automated machinery and equipment (mechanical, electronic and optical components, vacuum and automation systems) and with lean production principles\nStrong problem awareness combined with a solution- and results-oriented way of working, and familiarity with common process improvement tools and methods (e.g. Six Sigma, 8D)\nStrong team player with excellent communication skills and a structured working style\nFluent German and English language skills (both
