With 2200+ employees and continued investments over 25 years in India, ZEISS’ success story in India is continuing at a rapid pace.\nFurther information at ZEISS India.\nResponsibilities\nTrain the Technician based on SWI - New SWI.\nUpdate the SWI if any changes in process - New process.\nInitiate actions for diamond 5.\nUpdate the FPY Road map (Departmentwise)-to Meet Hoshin Target.\nEnter the previous day production and KPI detail in Tier 3 meeting sheet.\nDiscussion with GPE , if any support required to achieve KPI.\nProviding training to supervisors and production enegineers.\nPrepare / update process Check list and One Point lessons.\nPrepare project plan for new process and product validation.\nPrepare the protocol with Quality support.\nPrepare test matrix for OR (Operational Readiness).\nTrain operator for new process / product.\nUpdate PCP,FMEA,PFD and SWI.\nProduct & Process Pre testing .\nProduct /process Pilot test (Check and meet KPI).\nPrepare / Update OR report .\nRelease the Process / Product to line.\nReduce RPN in each station FMEA by 20%.\nDefine and update the consumable consumption.\nEnsure / Procure required to use instrument, Tools, Equipments.\n1. Education / Professional Certification\nBachelore Degree in Mechinical or Chemical Engineering\n2. Experience\n3-5 year of experience / experienced in optical industry/process engineering knowledge is must needed for this role.\n3.
