Update the FPY Road map (Departmentwise)-to Meet Hoshin Target. Enter the previous day production and KPI detail in Tier 3 meeting sheet. Discussion with GPE , if any support required to achieve KPI. Providing training to supervisors and production enegineers. Prepare / update process Check list and One Point lessons. Prepare project plan for new process and product validation. Prepare the protocol with Quality support. Prepare test matrix for OR (Operational Readiness). Train operator for new process / produc
