Gleichzeitig stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere Expertinnen und Experten in R&D, Engineering und Operations jederzeit Zugang zum aktuellen Stand der Technik haben, um innovative Produkte rechtssicher und effizient zu entwickeln und herzustellen.\nIhre Rolle\nDefinition und Weiterentwicklung von Engineering Services Standards, Richtlinien und internen Normen\nSteuerung des Aufbaus und der Weiterentwicklung einer zentralen, KI-basierten Plattform für Normung und Engineering-Wissen\nStrategische Weiterentwicklung des ZEISS Normenportfolios sowie des Normenmanagementsystems \nKoordination der Normungsarbeit und Vertretung technologischer Interessen in relevanten nationalen und internationalen Gremien \nSicherstellung der Einhaltung der Lizenzregeln, Verrechnung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Lizenzmodelle, Beratung bei der Beschaffung von Normen \nAbstimmung mit Stakeholdern aus R&D, Engineering, Operations und IT \nSteuerung der Produktvision, Roadmap und des Backlogs für Profil\nErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung\n\nMehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktentwicklung, Engineering oder Konstruktion\n\nMehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Projektleiter oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit Verantwortung für komplexe Produkte, Prozesse oder Plattformen\n\nVertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Normung, Standards und technische Regelwerke\n\nKenntnisse in Wissensmanagement sowie in der Optimierung von Prozessen\n\nAusgeprägtes strategisches,
