Project Manager will also oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.. The role requires strong organizational, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve demand/ project objectives.\nThe roles requires use of AI as a strategic lever to bring effeciency in demands and project managemet.\nPrimary duties and responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDemand Planning and InitiationDefine demand process to Business stakeholders\nRaising demand and overseeing its approval process with all relevant teams\nProviding regular feedback to Business stakeholders on the demand progress\n\nProject Planning and InitiationDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\nDevelop project plans where required, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.\nIdentify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.\n\nProject ExecutionCoordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks.\nMonitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.\nManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes.\n\nStakeholder CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.\nFacilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure alignment and resolve issues.\nDocument and communicate project decisions, risks, and outcomes.\n\nAI at CoreDevelop Use cases in AI to replace daily routine and rule-based task\nPropose and develop solutions in AI for team to focus more on high level work rather than data entry, basic scheduling and contest drafting\n\nProactivenessTaking initiative to align and understand requirements with business and System owners/ developers.\nProactively follow up with relevant teams to complete whole cycle till go live.\nEager to learn new processes and systems.\n\nPersonal growthWillingness to grow personally and professionally.\nProblem solving attitude.\nGood communication to interact with cross culture teams.\n\n1.
