You will act as the quality representative within R&D projects, driving product quality, risk management, and compliance with global medical device regulations and standards.\nYour role\nWorking closely with multidisciplinary teams including Research & Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners, you will contribute significantly to the development of next-generation medical technologies that improve patient outcomes and meet the highest quality standards.\nClose interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, effective, and reliable medical device designs.\nEnsure process and regulatory compliance with the established product development process throughout all development stages\nOwn and maintain product risk management activities for assigned product families\nEnsure compliance with ISO 14971 as well as 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in and facilitate risk assessments, including Design and Process FMEAs.\nMonitor risk controls and evaluate their effectiveness as part of continuous product improvement activities.\nPlan, conduct, and document internal and external audits and perform both front-office and back-office audit activities.\nSupport the systematic maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).\nDrive quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.\nIn this role, you will ensure that medical devices are developed and maintained in compliance with global regulatory requirements while delivering the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
