role-model and drive a performance and customer-oriented culture within Carl Zeiss SMT organization.\nPre-Sales\nSupport sales and pre-sales activities including spec negotiations, product roadmap plan, and product demo to meet customer’s specifications together with related marketing / technical expertise in team.\nEstablish and facilitate positive interaction and relationship with customer through regular follow-up meetings\nLiaise and leverage customer requests and specifications internally\nApplication\nRespond to customer or field inquiries, work with a cross-functional team of HQ Application team, Product Managers to resolve technical issues and projects\nSelf-motivate and encourage growth and development of application knowledge. \nGenerate application report and arrange needed activities to sales directors and HQ product managers\nBuild up strong connection and relationship with customer counterpart, collect information and customer needs.\nWork with teams across organization including sales and marketing department, the engineering department, product management, and Business Development executives.\nProduct Marketing\nSupport SMT marketing activities with tradeshows, conferences, roadmap meetings while making sure all the marketing activities can meet ZEISS SMT corporate branding.\nUnderstand and analyze customer and competitor’s product and strategy and facilitate strategic discussion.\nProvide market research data to determine product potential candidate and using market intelligence by collecting and analyzing to gain valuable insight\nEducation\nMaster’s degree and above from “211” university, majored in Engineering of Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, and Optics related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 2 years application / process engineering experience in Semiconductor related field, familiar with wafer fab process.\nCandidates with experience in metrology, YE, etching or lithography are preferred.\nCandidates with experience in SEM or FIB-SEM are preferred.\nGood manner of English in reading, writing and speaking.\nOther\nStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skill Working under pressure and great
