Your Role You will own component-level electronics hardware and firmware development for medical technology products. You will translate system requirements into component specifications, coordinate prototypes, verify designs, and support production transfer and sustaining throughout the product lifecycle. Develop concepts using new technologies, components and processing platforms, supported by rapid prototyping and feasibility studies. Define Component Requirement Specifications derived from System Requirement Specifications. Design electronic hardware, firmware or embedded software and FPGA solutions based on approved requirements. Create and maintain Component Design Notes, Interface Control Documents, PCBA and cable-assembly outputs, and other design records.
