responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nFull Stack Application Development\nImplement high-quality, maintainable, and efficient back-end and front-end code using \".NET Core\", \".NET Framework\", \"C#\", \"Python\", \"Angular\", and/or \"React\".\n\nBuild responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UIs integrated with robust back-end services.\n\nSystem, Component & UI Architecture\nContribute to system and component-level design, working closely with software architects to refine and implement design patterns and technical solutions.\n\nDevelop reusable UI components, libraries, and patterns to ensure consistency across applications.\n\nContribute to and refine front-end architecture, including micro-frontends (e.g., module-based composition, Module Federation or similar patterns).\n\nData Model Implementation\nImplement and optimize data models in collaboration with architects and database engineers to support application performance, integrity, and scalability.\n\nAPI Development & Integration\nDevelop, document, and maintain secure, robust, and scalable APIs, ensuring adherence to established API design standards.\n\nIntegrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, handling client-side state management, error handling, and performance optimization for API-heavy applications.\n\nCloud-Native Development & Integration (Azure Preferred)\nDesign and build cloud-native applications, leveraging containerization, microservices, and managed cloud services.\n\nBuild and deploy services on Azure using Docker and Kubernetes, following cloud-native best practices (scalability, resilience, observability, and cost-efficiency).\n\nImplement and integrate with Azure services (e.g., App Service, API Management, Storage, Identity, Monitoring, CDN) in line with architectural guidelines.\n\nSecure-First Development (OWASP & Cloud Security)\nApply OWASP and secure coding practices throughout the development lifecycle (e.g., XSS, CSRF, injection, authentication/authorization, secure session management) on both client and server.\n\nCollaborate with security and platform teams to ensure cloud-native security (IAM, network security, secrets management, TLS, configuration hardening).\n\nPerformance, Optimization & Quality\nOptimize applications for speed and scalability (bundling, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, query optimization, API and database performance tuning).\n\nUse profiling tools and metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks on both client and server.\n\nApply solid software engineering principles, including clean code, design patterns, unit/integration/end-to-end testing, and code reviews to ensure high code quality.\n\nAgile Delivery & Collaboration\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).\n\nEstimate work items, manage technical debt, and deliver features on time.\n\nWork closely with architects, product owners, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver robust solutions.\n\nDocumentation\nProduce clear, concise technical documentation for modules, APIs, front-end components, patterns, and development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.\n\nContribute to design systems, style guides, and coding standards for full stack development.\n\nMentoring, Guidance & Knowledge Sharing\nProvide technical guidance to junior developers, perform code reviews, and share best practices within the team.\n\nConduct technical sessions and help elevate overall full stack and cloud-native competency of the team.\n\nGenerative & Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering (Desirable)\nUse Generative AI tools for code scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and documentation to improve productivity and quality.\n\nApply basic prompt engineering techniques to obtain reliable and secure outputs from AI tools.\n\nExperiment with Agentic AI concepts where applicable (e.g., automating repetitive coding/testing tasks) under guidance from architects or technical leads where needed.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.\nExperience\n8-10 years of professional software development experience, with significant exposure to full stack and cloud-native development.\nExperience contributing to at least 5-6 distinct projects or major product releases.\nTechnical Skills\nCore Back-end Skills\nStrong proficiency in:Application development using \".NET Core\", \".NET Framework\", and \"C#\".\n\"Python\" (added advantage).\n\nExperience with:Microservices architecture and cloud-native service design.\nORMs such as Dapper or similar.\nDAPR or similar distributed application runtimes (exposure/experience is a plus).\n\nCore Front-end Skills\nStrong proficiency in \"JavaScript\" and \"TypeScript\".\nExpert-level experience in at least one modern front-end framework: \"Angular\" and/or \"React\".\nSolid understanding of \"HTML5\", \"CSS3\", responsive design, and modern layout
