You will work with electronics, optics, software, systems engineering and Operations to deliver robust, manufacturable and reliable designs that meet performance, safety and regulatory targets.\nDesign high-precision opto-mechanical structures, motion-transmission systems and ergonomic product solutions.\nTranslate system needs into component requirements, concepts, detailed designs and verification plans.\nPerform engineering analyses such as tolerance, strength, thermal, space-envelope and risk assessments.\nCreate 3D models, 2D drawings, bills of material and complete design documentation.\nCoordinate prototypes, support assembly and testing, and resolve technical issues through structured root-cause analysis.\nPlan and execute component verification and support system-level validation and regulatory activities.\nCollaborate with suppliers, sourcing, manufacturing and Operations on design transfer, production launch and sustaining.\nYour Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, precision instrument engineering, opto-mechanical engineering or a closely related field.\nMinimum 6 years of mechanical design experience in precision equipment, opto-mechanics, medical devices or a related field.\nProficiency in 3D CAD and engineering drawing, with practical experience in tolerance and mechanical analysis.\nHands-on experience with prototyping, verification and manufacturing transfer.\nStrong problem-solving, ownership and cross-functional communication skills.\nIt would be desirable if you had\nExperience with surgical microscopes, precision motion systems or ergonomic product design.\nKnowledge of simulation tools, design for manufacture and supplier development.\nExperience in
