seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to manage the quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost performance of outsourced electronic products, including PCBAs, electronic modules, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and box-build systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) & Supplier Qualification\nLead supplier quality activities from prototype through production launch.\nDrive supplier readiness reviews covering process capability, quality systems, manufacturing controls, and test readiness.\nReview and approve:Process Flow Diagrams\nPFMEAs\nControl Plans\nInspection Plans\nTest Strategies\nWork Instructions\n\nSupport product transfers, supplier changes, and production ramp-up activities.\nFirst Article Inspection (FAI)\nOwn the FAI process for new products, engineering changes, and supplier transfers.\nReview and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), qualification reports, BOM validation, and capability studies.\nEnsure all product and process requirements are met prior to production release.\nManufacturing Test Development\nLead qualification and validation of supplier test solutions including:ICT\nFunctional Test (FCT)\nFlying Probe\nBoundary Scan\nBurn-In and Reliability Testing\n\nEnsure adequate test coverage, measurement system validation, and production readiness.\nDrive improvements in first pass yield, test coverage, and defect escape prevention.\nSupplier Quality Management\nManage quality performance of EMS and assembly suppliers.\nEstablish supplier scorecards and quality metrics.\nConduct supplier reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead supplier corrective actions using 8D, CAPA, and root-cause analysis methodologies.\nYour ZEISS
