In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and application logic for advanced medical devices.\nYou will leverage deep expertise in modern C++ and the Qt framework to build performant, reliable, and maintainable software that meets stringent healthcare and regulatory standards. Beyond hands-on development, you will play an important role in technical mentoring, code quality ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain C++ / Qt-based applications in a regulated healthcare environment.\n\nDevelop sophisticated GUI components and application logic using Qt Widgets and/or QML.\n\nCollaborate closely with architects, product managers, verification, QA, and system teams to deliver high-quality medical software solutions.\n\nDesign and implement robust algorithms, data structures, and software components aligned with architectural guidelines.\n\nEnsure performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications across platforms.\n\nActively participate in code reviews, enforcing coding standards, best practices, and secure coding guidelines.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.\n\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues across the development lifecycle.\n\nContribute to technical documentation, including design descriptions, implementation notes, and development guidelines.\n\nStay current with modern C++ standards, Qt evolution, and software engineering best practices, especially relevant to medical device development.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n8-10 years of professional experience in C++ software development.\n\nStrong expertise in the Qt framework (Qt Widgets, QML) for cross-platform application development.\n\nSolid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.\n\nHands-on experience in developing multi-threaded, performance-critical applications.\n\nStrong proficiency with modern C++ (C++11/14/17) and standard libraries.\n\nExperience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization tools and techniques.\n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams.\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills\nExperience working in medical devices or regulated software environments (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, etc.).\n\nFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.\n\nExperience with version
