ZEISS Microoptics ist als Einheit des strategischen Geschäftsbereichs Photonics & Optics spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung, Optimierung, Mastering, Replikation und Integration von Optikanwendungen auf Basis von mikrooptischen und holografisch-optischen Elementen.

Ihre Rolle

  • Datentechnische Integration von Prüfständen und Pilotanlagen in ein zentrales Messdatenmanagementsystem als Basis für ein CAQ-System und/oder einen digitalen Zwilling.

  • Strukturierte Aufarbeitung von Spezifikationen, Prüfvorschriften, Messdaten, Analyseergebnissen, Musterbibliotheken und Fehlerkatalogen in einer datenbankbasierten Verwaltung

  • Überarbeitung bestehender Experimental-Codes für industrielle Anwendungen sowie Überführung in industrielle, einzelne Softwaremodule.

  • Entwicklung von Betriebssystemen und Runtimes für Prüfaufbauten und integrierten Messmodulen

  • Identifikation, Förderung und Implementierung von KI-Initiativen mit Fokus auf Einsatzmöglichkeiten wie Messwertanalysen und KI-basierte Auswertungen und Arbeit mit digitalen Zwillingen.

  • Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit zwischen Softwareentwicklern, Datenwissenschaftlern und Messtechnik-Experten zur Umsetzung von KI-Lösungen

    Ihr Profil

    • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik mit Schwerpunkt Datenbankarchitektur und Systemintegration

    • Einschlägige praktische Erfahrung als Software-Experte im industriellen Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Sondermaschinenbau und / oder Automotive

    • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld

    • Ausgeprägtes Abstraktionsvermögen sowie Methodenkompetenz in Datenbank-Architektur

    • Sehr gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Mess- und Qualitätsdaten im Kontext Digitaler Zwilling

    • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, zügig, selbstbewusst und zielgerichtet Optionen abzuwägen und Handlungen festzulegen

    • Agiles Mindset verbunden mit einer eigenverantwortlichen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise

    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) fürs Stakeholdermanagement
