Make a difference, come join the team!\nLocation/Region: This is a fully onsite role that requires 5-days in office located in Dublin, CA.\nWhat’s the role?\nThis is a 6-month internship with an opportunity to extend. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team, focusing on purchasing and master data management. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and data governance within a global organization. The intern will support critical business operations and contribute to the optimization of purchasing workflows and master data setup.\nSound Interesting?\nHere’s what you’ll do:\nAssist in supplier communication and coordination for procurement activities.\nSupport the creation and tracking of purchase orders and invoices.\nCollaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of production components.\nLead master data meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with view extension setups.\nSupport the implementation of data governance policies and procedures.\nPerform regular audits and validations of master data to identify discrepancies.\nGenerate reports related to purchasing activities and master data metrics.\nProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.\nDo you qualify?\nPursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nPrevious internship or coursework in purchasing, supply chain management, or data analysis is preferred but not mandatory.\nThe pay for this role is between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for this job.
