In this role, you will lead and oversee software development projects, providing technical direction and hands-on contributions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing C++/Qt-based solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Technical Leadership\nLead, mentor, and coach a team of C++ developers, driving excellence in coding standards and software quality.\nProvide architectural and design guidance, making critical technical decisions throughout the software development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.\nReview code and provide feedback to ensure compliance with best practices and performance benchmarks.\n2. Software Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance applications in C++ and Qt, aligned with project requirements.\nDebug, optimize, and enhance existing solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.\nWrite clean, modular, and maintainable code, ensuring cross-platform compatibility.\nExperience in software development for medical devices, and healthcare applications with adherence to regulatory standards (e.g. IEC62304, ISO 13485), is highly desirable.\n3. Team Guidance and Delivery Support\nSupport the team in breaking down requirements into technical tasks.\nMonitor technical progress and help resolve blockers.\nCollaborate with project managers/engineering managers to ensure smooth delivery of milestones.\nCommunicate key technical risks and dependencies to stakeholders.\n4. Collaboration and Communication\nWork closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration, testing, and delivery.\nFoster a culture of transparency, innovation, and accountability within the team.\n5.
