Take a look at our latest achievements here!\nAbout the Role:\nZeitview is seeking a NetSuite Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to lead the optimization and automation of NetSuite for our Finance and Accounting team. Following our Q1 2026 implementation, you will own the continued buildout of the system and turn business requirements into practical improvements that reduce manual work, strengthen financial controls, and support our strategic finance priorities. Our vision for this role is to have a team member focused each day on maintaining and optimizing NetSuite, reducing the manual touches required by the accounting team.\nReporting to the VP of Accounting, you will work closely with Finance and Accounting leadership, while working cross functionally with Revenue Operations, People, and IT. Priorities include optimizing the order-to- cash process: all the way from Salesforce through to customer billing and collections, improving payroll and HRIS integrations, and implementing and integrating NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). You will own internal delivery and oversee our outsourced NetSuite implementation partner for more complex projects. The ideal candidate is based in Denver with a hybrid work arrangement.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn day-to-day NetSuite administration, including configuration, roles and permissions, custom fields and records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and user support.\nBuild and execute a prioritized NetSuite optimization roadmap with Finance and Accounting leadership, balancing strategic projects with operational needs.\nLead the NetSuite workstream for optimizing order-to-cash, partnering with Salesforce owners to improve the flow of customer, contract, and order data through invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, and collections.\nCreate Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling, to reduce duplicate entry and billing errors.\nLead payroll and HRIS integration improvements, supporting accurate payroll journal entries, department and entity mapping, reconciliations, and appropriate access to sensitive data.\nLead ARM implementation, configuration, and integration with upstream order data and accounting workflows. Partner with Accounting to validate revenue arrangements, recognition rules, schedules, and reporting against approved accounting policies.\nAutomate recurring finance activities and approvals using SuiteFlow and other appropriate NetSuite capabilities; coordinate custom development and integration work with technical partners as needed.\nImprove reporting and visibility into billing, receivables, collections, and revenue recognition, while simplifying reconciliations and month-end close activities.\nManage data quality, user access, and change controls. Test enhancements and NetSuite releases in sandbox, coordinate user acceptance testing, and document production changes.\nOversee our outsourced NetSuite implementation partner for complex projects: define scope and deliverables, assess proposed solutions, manage timelines and costs, and validate results before deployment.\nCreate process documentation and train users. Track results such as fewer manual steps, lower error rates, faster billing, and more reliable integrations.\nQualifications:.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience supporting Finance and Accounting, including post-implementation optimization or significant system enhancements.\nCurrent NetSuite certifications, including certification in NetSuite administration, supported by practical experience applying that knowledge.\nExperience leading finance process improvements and translating business needs into NetSuite configurations, workflows, and reporting.\nStrong understanding of order-to-cash, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.\nHands-on integration experience connecting NetSuite with Salesforce or another CRM, including data mapping, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.\nExperience configuring or supporting Advanced Revenue Management, with an understanding of how revenue recognition workflows connect to order and billing data.\nProficiency with SuiteFlow, saved searches, dashboards, custom records and fields, CSV imports, and role-based permissions.\nAbility to oversee an external implementation partner and communicate clearly with the CFO, Finance, Accounting, and technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate in person as part of a hybrid team in Denver.\nPreferred qualifications include payroll or HRIS integration experience, familiarity with SuiteScript or integration platforms, and experience supporting multiple entities in NetSuite OneWorld.\nWhat’s Included:\nFeel great about your work as you join a leading mission-driven intelligent aerial imaging company - our goal is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure, and you personally will play a large part in making this happen!\nCompetitive salary, an annual incentive opportunity, and stock options.\nYour choice of multiple medical insurance plans, including options with an HSA and 100% coverage of the premium for yourself and your dependents\n100% paid dental and vision insurance\n401\nUnlimited PTO: We mean it when we say we prioritize work-life balance and mental health\nAutonomy and upward mobility\nDiverse, equitable, and inclusive culture: a place where your voice matters\nThis role has a base salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 USD, plus a target annual bonus and eligibility for stock options.
