Personal attention, timely communication, and respect for all people are the basis of our business philosophy!\nAt this point, Zelh is looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst (Part Time)to join our client’s team.\n\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models\nTriage and fix breakages: failed refreshes, broken visuals, DAX errors, gateway issues, upstream schema changes\nWrite and optimize SQL against our SQL Server warehouse to source new datasets\nBuild new reports and modify existing ones as Finance and Ops request them\nUpdate the data model when source tables change: add tables, adjust relationships, document what you touched\nMonitor scheduled refreshes and flag recurring issues with a root-cause fix, not a patch\n\nWorking model:\nAsync-first with a weekly 30-minute check-in with the Director of Finance\nTicket-based intake for new requests; SLA targets agreed up front (e.g., critical break = same business day; new report = 5–10 business days depending on scope)\nMonthly summary of work completed, hours used, and backlog\nRequired\n5+ years building and maintaining production Power BI in business environments\nStrong SQL on SQL Server (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)\nFluent in DAX and Power Query (M)Dimensional modeling fundamentalsSelf-directed. You diagnose, decide, and ship without hand-holding\nClear written communication.
