People with tenacity, critical thinking skills, passion, and a desire to learn thrive at Zelle. Candidates should have experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes, along with stellar oral and written communication skills to be successful in this role. The position will include the examination of first-party property insurance claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings and discovery, and attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial. Texas bar membership required.\nImportant to note: Associates are required to work at least three days per week in Zelle’s Dallas office.
