This is an opportunity to carry real responsibility in your role, in a fun and fast moving environment, with a supportive team and management.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwns all Finance Operations activities for all businesses related to ocean services\nIncluding:Ensures that all jobs are correctly costed and that the net revenue at a job level is positive\nHas the responsibility of ensuring that all customer invoices are raised accurately, on time and that they match the rates and contracts agreed to with the customers\nResolving vendor invoice queries working with both internal stakeholders and vendors\nAssist with accurate monthly reporting of monthly financial figures for our ocean product\nWorking with pricing and procurement to ensure timely and accurate rate cards and costing\nEnsuring timely resolution of customer invoice queries \n\nYour role won’t necessarily be limited to this - we’re fast growing and everyone's day to day changes as the business grows.
