We ship thousands of orders every day for exciting brands across health and wellness, sports nutrition, beauty and beyond.\nThat could be you.\nHelp Keep Every Kitting Job Accurate and On Track\nWe’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Kitting Administrator to support our busy warehouse team. You’ll help prepare kitting jobs, check stock and documentation, update our systems and keep work moving smoothly from start to finish.\nThis is primarily an administration role based in the warehouse, with occasional hands-on support on the kitting line. Previous kitting experience isn’t required - we’ll provide training.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nPlanning & Job Preparation\nReview the daily kitting schedule, prepare upcoming jobs and highlight urgent priorities to the supervisor.\nCheck components, quantities, batch numbers and best-before dates against job instructions, and report shortages, damage or discrepancies.\nCheck that each job has an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM); prepare missing information for supervisor approval before production.\nPrepare and check barcodes, labels, delivery notes and other job paperwork, including a sample kit before production starts.\nAdministration & System Accuracy\nStart and update jobs in Zendbox systems, recording quantities, staffing, timings and any interruptions accurately.\nMaintain job records, line plans and cost-per-unit information, ensuring completed work is correctly documented.\nCheck completed quantities, pallet information and paperwork before handover, and prepare the following day’s work.\nCommunication & Warehouse Support\nWork with the Kitting Supervisor, B2B, Customer Experience and Stock Integrity teams to resolve queries and keep jobs on schedule.\nHelp keep the kitting area organised and equipment, labels and consumables ready for use.\nProvide occasional hands-on support on the kitting line when required, following safety and quality procedures.\nWho You’ll Work With\nYou’ll report to the Kitting Supervisor and work closely with the kitting team, warehouse operations, B2B, Customer Experience and Stock Integrity.\nWhat This Role Isn’t\nThis is not a people management role. The supervisor retains responsibility for production priorities, approving new or amended BOMs and authorising stock adjustments.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious experience in a warehouse or administration role is desirable.\nGood computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally Excel.\nStrong attention to detail, basic numeracy and accurate record keeping.\nGood organisation, communication and the ability to manage changing priorities.\nA reliable, positive approach and willingness to learn.\nExperience in kitting, stock control, barcode printing or warehouse systems is helpful but not essential.\nThe Type of Person Who Will Thrive Here\nYou enjoy keeping things organised, spotting errors before they become problems and helping colleagues get the job done right.
