We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and has the right blend of technical ability and business acumen to deliver key reports and business insights to leadership, including the CFO and C-Staff. You will be part of a small but mighty team and will play a pivotal role in shaping how the team scales with AI and delivers strategic analytics and decision support in a cross-functional organization, partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Enterprise Data and Operations teams.\nAbout you\nYou are intellectually curious and like to search for context and insight behind the numbers\nYou have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills\nYou are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, and granular details as needed\nYou are a team player\nYou have an aptitude for framing business questions with data\nYou have a great work ethic with a strong desire to exceed expectations\nYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to communicate well across different audiences\nYou are a motivated self-starter who thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nYou are detail oriented, resourceful and scrappy\nYou like tinkering with AI\nResponsibilities\nRegularly report findings and key metrics to leadership, including C-Staff, to help guide decision-making\nUsing your technical skills and business acumen, you will perform analysis, build decks and dashboards to generate insights\nDevelop SQL queries and perform ad hoc data analyses to understand trends and underlying drivers\nWork with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on metrics definitions and analyses\nCollaborate with the Enterprise Data and Analytics team on technical requirements and analysis\nUse AI to automate processes to help scale the team\nRequirements\n4-7 years of prior experience in an analytics, business intelligence, or strategy consulting role\nExcellent SQL skills (experience with Snowflake is a plus)\nExperience with using AI and building AI workflows\nExperience with Business Intelligence tools\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nBS/BA in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering or related degree required; Masters degree is a plus\nPrevious SaaS experience a plus\nExperience building financial models and developing automated reports and dashboards\nPlease note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).\nThe intelligent heart of customer experience\nZendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
