Our solutions are trusted by fleet operators across North America, with a rapidly expanding presence throughout Latin America.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct customer discovery to understand operational needs and design tailored fleet technology solutions.\n\nLead deployments from planning through go-live, including project management, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, user training, and stabilization.\n\nHelp establish and continuously improve deployment playbooks for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and future LATAM markets.\n\nDevelop expertise across the complete product portfolio, including AI dash cameras, GPS tracking, asset tracking, and indoor positioning solutions.\n\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams.\n\nIdentify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that enhance future deployments.\n\nSuccess in This Role\nDeployments are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal rework.\n\nHardware fulfillment is accurate and delivered on schedule.\n\nCustomers achieve value quickly with minimal follow-up support.\n\nDeployment processes and documentation continuously improve.\n\nQualifications\nProven ability to build scalable systems and improve operational processes.\n\nStrong practical experience using AI tools while applying independent judgment and validation.\n\nDemonstrated ownership and accountability across cross-functional teams.\n\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments across different countries.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nConfidence to manage expectations and communicate realistic project timelines.\n\nFluent in English and Spanish (required).\n\nPortuguese proficiency is a strong asset.\n\nWillingness to travel regularly throughout Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and other LATAM regions.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in one or more of the following:\nSolutions Engineering within the telematics or fleet management industry.\n\nSales Engineering for fleet camera or connected vehicle solutions.\n\nTechnical Deployment or Project Management for security or AV integration projects.\n\nImplementation Engineering within a B2B SaaS and hardware environment supporting regional LATAM customers.\n\nAI at GoFleet / ZenduIT\nWe leverage AI and automation throughout our business.
