via APIs \nImplement customer integrations by setting up, configuring, and customizing workflows to meet their unique requirements\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality, data exchange, and integration workflows \nGuide customers through the setup and configuration of integrations, offering clear and concise instructions \nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and address complex issues\nDocument customer interactions, technical challenges, and solutions in the support system\nCreate and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to help customers resolve common issues independently\nProactively suggest enhancements to improve customer experience and streamline integration processes\nEnsure timely and professional communication with customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction\nParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields\nProven experience of 3 years in hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation or Microsoft Dynamics\nProven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions for complex\nsoftware systems and applications \nProven experience in customer support, preferably in a technical role \nHands-on experience with implementing and troubleshooting API integrations \nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks \nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users \nBasic knowledge of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar (preferred but not
