You’ll design scalable systems, drive long-term improvements, and ensure quality across multiple initiatives.\nYou will:\nLead the design and implementation of complex features and large-scale projects.\nCollaborate with engineering leadership to define technical direction and success metrics.\nMentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through feedback and guidance.\nReview designs and code to ensure maintainability, scalability, and security.\nIdentify technical debt and drive initiatives to improve long-term sustainability and reliability.\nPartner with product and other teams to align engineering work with business goals.\nSet quality standards by ensuring testing, alerting, and documentation are in place.\nAct as a role model for collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.\n\nYour focus: leading by example, driving technical excellence, and delivering lasting impact across teams.\nWho You Are\nYou’re a technical leader who combines hands-on coding with mentoring and architectural thinking.
