Identify trends before they become outages.\nIncident Management & Resolution: Act as the primary responder for application incidents. You will diagnose, mitigate, and resolve issues across Python, Java, and SQL layers to minimize business impact.\nDeep-Dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct thorough investigations into recurring issues. Partner with development teams to implement long-term fixes and prevent future occurrences.\nCloud Operations & Deployment: Support applications hosted on AWS. Assist in the deployment of new releases and patches via CI/CD pipelines, ensuring safety and rollback readiness.\nSystem Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement tuning measures (SQL optimization, resource scaling) to ensure system sustainability.\nOperational Excellence: Identify opportunities to automate manual support tasks (toil).
