Maintains and updates existing contracts.\nPrepares and processes incoming and outgoing contribution reports; reconciles reports to payments. Researches discrepancies, credits, retro-payments and problems; contacts employers regarding discrepancies.\nSubmits deposits, requests stop payments, and reconciles batch files making corrections when needed.\nPerforms delinquency and payroll audit processing to include reporting, follow-up, and preparation for entry into computer system.\nReviews, researches, corrects, and balances month end edit reports.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nOne year of experience working as Level 1 Accounts Receivable Processor.\nProficiency with MS Office tools and applications.\nComputer literate with ability to learn new applications and systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a healthcare environment or a third-party benefits administrator. \nBilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency with 10 key calculations.\n*Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee of this job.
